Three generations of the Spalding family worked as photographers in the Chelmsford area, and have left us a wonderful collection of several thousand images which show how Chelmsford changed between the 1860s and 1930s. The photographs are now cared for by the Essex Record Office, and this talk will take you through highlights from the collection.
